Public support

Use GitHub Issues for reproducible bugs, Playground problems, documentation gaps, feature requests, and MCP connection problems. Include the affected app or package version, client, framework or platform, expected result, and the smallest safe reproduction you can share.

Do not disclose a suspected vulnerability or sensitive information in a public issue. UseGitHub's private vulnerability reporting flowso maintainers can investigate before public disclosure.

Before reporting an MCP problem

  • Call lumen_get_meta and record the package and schema versions.
  • Call lumen_diagnose and confirm the bundled snapshot is healthy.
  • Confirm whether the issue affects stdio, Streamable HTTP, or both.
  • Remove tokens, private prompts, repository content, and personal information from logs.

Response expectations

Lumen is maintained as an open-source project. Support is best-effort and no response time is guaranteed. Clear reproductions and respectful, focused reports are the fastest path to a useful answer.
